Color Me Emotionless.
Ever notice how with every feeling or emotion, there is a color to go along with it? Red is anger, blue: sadness. Green is jealousy. Yellow, happy. You never really think about any of that though whenever someone uses the expression “color me happy”. You don’t think of grabbing a yellow marker or a can of yellow paint and pouring it all over the person, now do you? I am starting a new trend though. A lot of people say that I have a poker face. I don’t open up about how I really feel to most people half the time. I’m hidden underneath a blanket suffocating from all that I feel. Trapped in a bottle with my fellow in-mates. Sharing a bunk with sadness next to anger. Ready to pop open any second, but still I remain closed. Shut. A clear bottle. Might as well, color me emotionless.
